The Job Partnership Program (JPP), or JobLink Program, is a job placement service for employment ready participants.

The Workplace Based Training Program (WBT), which is offered in select locations, is available to any person receiving income assistance, and is designed to assist tourism businesses by providing on-site training for prospective employees.

The Tourism Executive Search Program (TES) offers executive candidate search and placement services for the tourism and hospitality industry.

Hire Value

Unemployed British Columbians receiving, or eligible to receive, income assistance

Hire Value will work with individual clients to get them the training and experience that they need, as well as the help necessary for finding the jobs that they want, ones that suit their interests and abilities.

This training will meet the specific skill shortages in local communities and provide a supply of trained and job-ready workers.

This is the only Training for Jobs programme in the province that gives clients a choice in the type of job for which they can be trained.
