Super Members
Super members are individual members who contribute more than the nominal volunteer time and effort to the society. They are individuals who, in addition to benefiting from the society, also wish to build it.
Committee building is one of the many areas where super members can contribute to the success of the society. The [Society Infrastructure] Committee would be responsible for defining the functionality and structure of both the society and the other committees.
Other possible committees would study[Society Meeting and Event Locations], [Information Technology], [Publicity], [Lobbying], [Fundraising, Sales, and Business Support], [Membership, including Ideas and Questions], {Advocacy], [Community Support and Liason], and [Advertising and Deadlines].
The existence of these suggested committees would be evaluated by the Board of Directors and the [Society Infrastructure] Committee, resulting in the combination, deletion, and augmentation of committee functions. Ongoing reviews would produce the strongest, most-efficient committee structure for building and perpetuating the society, as well as meeting the members' needs while keeping them fully-informed.
